Job Description                                                                                                                                   

The Accounting Clerk 3 performs a variety of accounting functions using generally accepted accounting procedures in general accounting and/or accounts payable/receivable.  This position performs related tasks as processing receipts and invoice payments.  Accounting Clerk 3 will provide reception and switchboard services for the administration office.  This position will also provide support for the AGH Foundation Board.


  1. College Diploma in accounting or related work experience in accounting.
  2. Previous bookkeeping experience.
  3. Familiar with computerized financial systems. (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory)
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office software programs.
  5. Ability to adapt to a changing and challenging work environment.
  1. Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Be willing to train and upgrade credentials as deemed necessary.
  3. Ability to maintain the oath of confidentiality.
  1. Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance.
