The Accounting Clerk 3 performs a variety of accounting functions using generally accepted accounting procedures in general accounting and/or accounts payable/receivable. This position performs related tasks as processing receipts and invoice payments. Accounting Clerk 3 will provide reception and switchboard services for the administration office. This position will also provide support for the AGH Foundation Board.
- College Diploma in accounting or related work experience in accounting.
- Previous bookkeeping experience.
- Familiar with computerized financial systems. (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory)
- Experience with Microsoft Office software programs.
- Ability to adapt to a changing and challenging work environment.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to train and upgrade credentials as deemed necessary.
- Ability to maintain the oath of confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance.
