Job Summary:

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating organizational activities regarding meeting Accreditation standards for 2027, policy development and sharing the quality improvement/risk management duties with the Quality Improvement/Risk Management Executive Assistant.

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for assisting teams to work on meeting the latest Accreditation Standards, creating a guideline for reviewing and renewing all organizational policies and working with the Quality/Risk EA to implement Emergency plans, update the risk management plan and support incident reviews.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  1. Post-secondary degree in a health field or 5 years’ experience in policy development/quality improvement or risk management.
  2. Experience in quality improvement and risk management program development and implementation
  3. Experience in project management is an asset
  4. Experience in the application of organizational risk management principles
  5. Experience in quality improvement initiatives
  6. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience in policy development and implementation
  8. Experience in Education and Training
  9. Program Development Skills
  10. Excellent Computer Skills
