JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Outpatient Services Manager, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven education and/or experience as an administrative assistant
- General understanding of mental illness and addictions
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Ability to respond to crisis situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination
